Sources and dates mean specific things
We prefer first-party sources for factual claims and show their scope beside each reference. A school’s published statement is identified as such; it is not silently upgraded into an independent verification.
‘Sources checked’ is the date of an actual review. ‘Editorial update’ records a substantive content revision. Rebuilding the website changes neither. A successful automated fetch does not, by itself, renew a human verification date.
Freshness is a process, not a badge
Our local review workflow checks source availability and flags changes for an editor. Changed facts are reviewed before publication, and the English and Russian versions are updated together. Failed checks are recorded instead of being represented as fresh data.
The property selection is a dated editorial snapshot, not a live feed. A new release requires a recent source check and editorial review. Prices and availability can change between reviews; we confirm them before an introduction. Stable guides keep their last review date visible.
A factual summary still needs a valid source basis
We do not copy listing descriptions or photographs into property summaries. Access terms, contractual reuse rights and database restrictions still need checking for each source. Sanitising a record does not automatically settle those questions.
Public property references are our own editorial identifiers. Source identifiers, exact locations and representative contact information do not belong in the public selection. Private provenance and access credentials do not belong in this website’s public files.
Corrections, introductions and commercial context
If something looks wrong, send us the page URL and tell us what needs checking. Please avoid sending private documents as evidence in a first message.
The Club may receive a disclosed referral fee from an independent partner after a completed transaction. That arrangement does not turn an editorial guide into a valuation, a promise of investment performance or regulated advice. No ranking is sold in these guides.
